From sequence to function
How do changes in a biological sequence shape what it can do? I work with experimental data and computational models to explore this question.
The work
My work brings together deep mutational scanning, sequencing data analysis, and models of T-cell receptor function.
Research Intern, Lab of Prof. Wanlu Liu
Centre of Biomedical Systems and Informatics, ZJU
- Designed an upstream pipeline using Python and Shell to analyze NGS data for Deep Mutational Scanning.
- Benchmarked existing AI models; replicated and fine-tuned models on PyTorch using self-generated datasets.
RESEARCH / DATA ANALYSIS
Reading the effects of change
A data analysis platform for deep mutational scanning, connecting sequencing reads, visualization, and model evaluation.
IMMUNOLOGY / MACHINE LEARNING
Patterns in T-cell recognition
Exploring T-cell receptor function through mutational data and sequence-based models.
